For example, “aerobic power intervals” is measured by the Crossfit workout “fight gone bad”. To make this even more useless, the “tests” don’t even include the name of the workout used to measure. If you don’t remember what your score on a specific test was, it’s impossible to score it. Not sure why the team hasn’t made the chart visible in the app. A score or weight of X, gives you a corresponding level. So this app is pretty useless without the chart that accompanies it.
